With Clinical Services International, the main challenge that we successfully overcame was maintaining consistency across all digital channels. When we began, CSI’s content including email marketing, blog posts and paid media was disjointed; it looked like it belonged to different companies.
The creative team at bolt headed up a brand refresh, with new brand guidelines implemented across all potential applications. Our development team rolled out the new look on a brand new corporate website built on Laravel, which provides a much-improved user experience underpinned by speed and security.
Once the website was completed, we executed strategic, engaging content marketing campaigns for a global audience of medical professionals. We focused on building awareness and expansion of existing enterprise accounts that have the potential for growth.
