Marketing campaigns manager

We’re looking for a forward thinking, dynamic marketing campaigns manager to join our team in London.


Reporting to our marketing lead, you’ll collaborate closely with our creatives, developers and content creators to deliver excellent inbound marketing campaigns for our B2B clients. You’ll be able to execute marketing campaigns efficiently on all key digital channels and platforms, leveraging your solid background in social media and email marketing in particular. It will be your first priority to ensure seamless, accurate and timely delivery to clients according to the agreed campaign specification, deadlines and budget as well as identifying opportunities to continuously add value.

As our marketing campaigns specialist, you will be an all rounder responsible for the management, delivery and direction of our clients campaigns across channels including social media and email. You’ll be instrumental in our approach, working closely with our team to deliver first class results for our diverse range of clients.

You’ll naturally be curious, given you’ll be responsible for articulating company messaging across various industries and propositions. You will also have the autonomy to implement your own ideas and will need to be a team player, increasing the breadth of your input to our wider company.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing, delivering and improving B2B marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing as well as some SEO and paid ads
  • Building excellent relationships by helping clients achieve their best outcomes through excellent campaign delivery and best practice knowledge
  • Providing additional value to clients with new ideas, inspiration and insight
  • Configuring and maintaining marketing campaigns on the HubSpot CRM platform
  • Testing and optimising all campaigns including any automation and workflows with our CRM specialist
  • Providing the highest standard of services and quality control to our diverse client base
  • Short form content creation across different channels including social media and email
  • Paid ads management and effective campaign reporting

Who are you?

  • 3+ years’ of B2B marketing experience in an agency environment
  • Able to think and act fast on ‘blue sky’ ideas
  • A natural self starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, even in complex situations
  • You desire to lead from the front and want to be a fundamental part of our future successes as one team
  • A team first player who brings innovative ideas to the rest of the company
  • Super organised: used to juggling multiple campaigns, able to work to short deadlines where required
  • Strong attention to detail: our customers rely on us to ensure their campaign runs perfectly
  • Client focused: you get energy from helping customers realise their goals and solving their problems through engaging content
  • Preferred but not essential:
  • HubSpot CRM knowledge & experience
  • Experienced with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua preferred)
