Each year Google releases updates to its algorithm to help users find the most relevant information they’re looking for. The updates change the way web pages are listed and highlighted in the organic search results for certain keywords.
From June 2021, Google will highlight great page experiences in search by introducing page experience ranking signals.
Similar to the featured snippet or image preview on the search results page, the update will add a visual label that shows which pages have met all of the page experience criteria.
It’ll give users information about the quality of a web page’s experience to help them choose which search result they want to visit.
