CRM manager

We’re looking for a passionate, forward-thinking HubSpot CRM manager to join our team in Wakefield, Yorkshire.


Reporting to our Head of inbound marketing, you’ll take overall responsibility for the efficient delivery of HubSpot CRM onboarding, implementation and ongoing support once commissioned. It will be your first priority to ensure seamless, accurate and timely delivery to clients according to the agreed specification, deadlines and budget as well as identifying opportunities to add value.

As our HubSpot CRM manager, you will be responsible for representing bolt from first contact through to completion of implementation projects, whilst supporting our growth initiatives by identifying client retention opportunities. You’ll be instrumental in our clients transition to HubSpot, working closely with our marketing team to help them configure and manage campaigns and lead generation activities.

You will already have experience in CRM in the B2B sector, ideally within HubSpot but not essential as you will receive full training. A deep knowledge of the wider CRM market is essential, as is an understanding of the vital role CRM plays in ambitious, scaling companies.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Onboarding, implementing and training clients on HubSpot based on their unique challenges and goals. Providing training to help empower clients to adopt HubSpot and see value from their investment
  • Building excellent relationships by helping clients achieve their best outcomes through excellent CRM delivery and best practice knowledge
  • Client retention from onboarding through to retainer
  • Configuring and maintaining HubSpot CRM including complex workflows, marketing automation and custom reporting
  • Testing and optimising all automation and workflows
  • Performing Hubspot platform audits and identifying areas where we can help clients
  • Providing the highest standard of HubSpot services to our diverse client base
  • Content creation across different mediums such as blogs, video and eBooks, for new HubSpot features, taking them to clients first

  • Experienced with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua preferred)
  • A natural self starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, even in complex situations
  • You desire to lead from the front and want to be a fundamental part of our future successes

  • Super organised: used to juggling multiple projects and working to short deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail: our customers rely on us to ensure their campaign & projects run perfectly
