Reporting to our Head of inbound marketing, you’ll take overall responsibility for the efficient delivery of HubSpot CRM onboarding, implementation and ongoing support once commissioned. It will be your first priority to ensure seamless, accurate and timely delivery to clients according to the agreed specification, deadlines and budget as well as identifying opportunities to add value.
As our HubSpot CRM manager, you will be responsible for representing bolt from first contact through to completion of implementation projects, whilst supporting our growth initiatives by identifying client retention opportunities. You’ll be instrumental in our clients transition to HubSpot, working closely with our marketing team to help them configure and manage campaigns and lead generation activities.
You will already have experience in CRM in the B2B sector, ideally within HubSpot but not essential as you will receive full training. A deep knowledge of the wider CRM market is essential, as is an understanding of the vital role CRM plays in ambitious, scaling companies.
