Client success manager

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, committed client success manager to join our team of digital marketing experts in London, UK.


Reporting to the head of partnerships, the Client Success Manager at bolt takes overall responsibility for the efficient delivery of each stage of a campaign or project once commissioned, ensuring seamless, accurate and timely delivery to clients according to the agreed specification, deadlines and budget as well as following established processes.

Our client success manager will be responsible for communication with clients, internal departments and any partners, ensuring that both the client’s expectations and company goals are met or exceeded. They will already have strong experience in effectively managing and nurturing client accounts in the B2B sector and demonstrate some track record of success in this area.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new customers: setting up clients based on their unique challenges and goals. Providing training to help empower clients to use adopt our systems and see value from their relationship
  • Building excellent relationships by helping clients achieve their best outcomes through our excellent delivery and best practice advice
  • Client retention based on completing renewals
  • Growing key accounts by reporting upsell opportunities to our head of sales
  • Providing project management support to account managers and employee experience consultants leading the delivery of complex programmes.
  • Responding promptly to client emails, inbound calls and helping to resolve any issues quickly.
  • Communicating efficiently between our clients and internal team
  • Running client feedback activities and delivering insights to our stakeholders
  • Championing HubSpot Service Hub at bolt and to our clients, following training
