Reporting to the head of partnerships, the Client Success Manager at bolt takes overall responsibility for the efficient delivery of each stage of a campaign or project once commissioned, ensuring seamless, accurate and timely delivery to clients according to the agreed specification, deadlines and budget as well as following established processes.
Our client success manager will be responsible for communication with clients, internal departments and any partners, ensuring that both the client’s expectations and company goals are met or exceeded. They will already have strong experience in effectively managing and nurturing client accounts in the B2B sector and demonstrate some track record of success in this area.
